Orthodontics at Parramatta Dental Clinic
The team at Parramatta Dental Clinic is dedicated to providing a full range of services. We focus on affordability so that your entire family can get the care they need with us. If you or your child has concerns about the alignment of your bite or teeth, we feature an array of orthodontic treatment to suit each individual’s needs.
When we see a child for their routine checkups, we screen them for any concerns about the alignment of their jaw or habits like thumb sucking that can affect their oral health. If we think that they require what is referred to as early intervention orthodontics, we’ll be sure to discuss it with you. The sooner orthodontic therapy can be started, the healthier their smile will be later on.
Many people begin orthodontic treatment in their teenage years. We can provide clear aligners or traditional braces for your teen. They may never require orthodontics again if we achieve the desired results and the patient adheres to wearing their retainer at night to maintain the alignment of their teeth.
If you never had an opportunity to have orthodontics in your younger years, you can start later on in life. You may have had braces when you were younger but your teeth have relapsed, shifting into their old position. We can evaluate which of our orthodontic systems is right for you.
Your Orthodontic Options
If you’re interested in showing off a straighter, more aligned smile, we have the solutions for you. We understand that your goals and priorities are unique to you. That’s why we offer four separate orthodontic treatments: traditional braces, Inman Aligner™, Fastbraces® and Invisalign®.
- Inman Aligner – This removable appliance addresses only your front teeth. Most cases can be completed in just 6-18 weeks, making it remarkably quick. You’ll check in with us every 2-3 weeks to ensure that the proper shifts are taking place in your teeth.
- Fastbraces – This patented system utilises triangular brackets and square wires to shift the root of your tooth. You may see results in just weeks, with most cases completed in 3-12 months.
- Invisalign – Known around the globe, Invisalign is an orthodontic system involving a series of clear aligners. They’re switched out at regular intervals to shift your teeth into the correct position and can be removed to eat, brush or for social events.
- Traditional Braces – The standard braces treatment that most people think of has been around for decades. It produces reliable results and is predictable so that you can feel confident in what to expect afterwards.
